SCL secure Pool Street, West Student Accommodation

SCL Interiors are pleased to announce a recently secured project for our client VINCI where we have been awarded drylining works on Tower 1 of the Pool Street, West Student Accommodation for UCL in London

Pool Street West will be home to a number of academic centres and spaces and was designed to be a building for the community . Some key features of the new building will include a cinema, doubling up as a lecture/event space, as well as cafes and public spaces. The two towers on either side of the podium will also be home to over 500 students, with accommodation designed as clusters of bedrooms sharing kitchens and living areas.
