SCL London will complete render works for 182no. residential units on Plaistow Hub which will be constructed across two separate sites: London Road & Valetta Grove.
The London Road site is located next to the Underground station and consists of a 23-storey building containing 100 new homes for private rent (many with fabulous views across the city) and a three storey commercial building.
Valetta Grove situated off Plaistow Road and opposite the Plaistow Station, will be redeveloped to provide 82 new private rental homes over 15 floors.
